Greek Salad in a Tangy Greek Dressing

- 15 oz Butter Lettuce or crunchy lettuce of choice
- 1/4 Cup Green and Black Greek Olives
- 1 Cucumber Some sliced and some diced
- Tomatoes I used "Sugar Bombs" a sweet grape tomato, but you can use any type
- 1/2 Cup Sweet Banana Peppers
- Crumbled Feta Cheese
Mix all ingredients in a large salad bowl except the sliced cucumbers
Add Greek Salad Dressing (see recipe) and toss until evenly coated
Serve with Pita Bread (I used Gluten-Free) and Tzatziki. Garnish with sliced cucumbers
