A Tangy Blend of Olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon, garlic, oregano, and fennel seed

- 2/3 Cup Olive Oil
- 1/4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 Lemon Juiced
- 1 Clove Garlic, Minced
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/4 tsp Fennel Seed
Add all ingredients to a container. I used a tall 2 cup measuring cup
Whisk ingredients until well blended
Serve on a Greek Salad (see recipe)
